  • 2 Cucumbers, washed with skin
  • 1 Small Bottle Gourd, washed with skin

Preparation
  • Wash thoroughly all the your greens. Usually I soak all my veggies and fruits in sink full of water and leave them for 15-20 mins.
  • Remove them, dice, chop all that will go in the blender along with some ice & filtered water, salt, honey, lemon juice, dash of black pepper.
  • Blend it until you get a very smooth puree kind of consistency.
  • If you want juice with no pulp at all, you can use a cheesecloth or a coffee filter to further strain juice after it goes through your juicer | blender. As a final juicing tip, consider that the softer the fruit or vegetable, the thicker the juice will be so go ahead add filtered water or apple juice as per needed.
  • Enjoy freshly squeezed juice with crushed ice.

Mixed Berries and Pineapple Smoothie

Know What U Eat: What if you were told you weren`t getting enough cellular oxidation or free radical protection, despite consuming all the high antioxidant foods and some of the best antioxidant supplements available? Would you wonder how that could be, or would you simply ignore it? Don`t ignore it, read on. How it could be, according to many health experts, is that your glutathione levels are too low. This is a very common situation with all the oxidation stress our toxic environment provides, along with a little help from our own personal stress. Moreover, the air we breathe is loaded with toxins and heavy metals as well as in many of the foods we eat, and any pharmaceuticals that may have been taken. All of these create more free radicals while burdening our bodies with toxic material. Add this to the immune system`s damage from psychological stress with our modern lifestyle and the madness around us. Well then, it is amazing that many of us are still walking and talking! Well, we all know the vital key to maximise antioxidant activities for cells are present in fresh fruits and berries, which help preventing diseases and scientists believe help repair and/or prevent the stress of oxidation, a process that occurs naturally during normal cell function. Do remember, smaller the procedure of consuming fruits, higher is the antioxidants we get. Right now enjoy this perfectly made by my dear H, mixed berries & pineapple smoothie, perfect to beat the heat...sending this heavenly smoothie to Priti's His Cooking Event..  to Divya's Show Me Your Smoothie..and Natasha's 5 star Makeover

Super Nutritious Berry Smoothie

Berries! Healthy, Delicious, and Low Carb

Know What you Eat : I love berry season! Besides being delicious, berries are one of the best nutritional bargains around. Low in fat, carbs, and calories, but high in fiber, vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants, these yummy nuggets of flavor not only contribute to overall health, but may even help prevent cancer and heart disease, as well as slowing the aging process. And thanks to the freezer, we can have the advantages of berries year-round. Many of these phytonutrients (such as anthocyanins, quercetin, and ellagic acid) have an antioxidant effect: They counter the natural oxidation in the body that contributes to aging of the tissues and many degenerative illnesses such as cancer, dementia, and damage to the arteries.

Ginger is known to have more than twelve types of anti-oxidants, making it useful for treatment of many disorders, like Anticoagulant, Aphrodisiac effect, Cold,Cough,Digestive disorder,Fatigue,Flatulence/wind,Impotency,Inflammations,Menstruation disorders,Morning sickness, Pain killer.

Honey: When mixing honey in any of your juices, always usenatural raw honey. One way to test that your bottle of honey is raw ... put it into the refrigerator overnight. If it hardens the next day, it means that it has more sugarthan honey. If it remains liquid, you have got yournatural raw honey.
