Know What U Eat: Along with the goodness ofmilled corn, malt, iron, niacin, vitamins B6-B2-B12 & D, Folic Acid, which comes from this breakfast cereal, I added milk, fresh strawberry, banana, and cardamom powder, as the flavoring agent to make this wonderful sweet chrunchy breakfast / after school milkshake for kids..Of course, it can be made with / without sugar as these frosted flakes are sweet & chruncy. Tried other variation, the other day, adding Sapota, banana, strawberry: 4:1:2 ratio along with frosted flakes..and it tasted amazing too..Used to give fruit puree along with baby cereal when they were toddlesrs..the taste and nutrition is wholesome. Sending it to Madhuri for Serve me some Juice/shake event and to Natasha's 5 star Makeover
