Know What U Eat: Along with the goodness ofmilled corn, malt, iron, niacin, vitamins B6-B2-B12 & D, Folic Acid, which comes from this breakfast cereal, I added milk, fresh strawberry, banana, and cardamom powder, as the flavoring agent to make this wonderful sweet chrunchy breakfast / after school milkshake for kids..Of course, it can be made with / without sugar as these frosted flakes are sweet & chruncy. Tried other variation, the other day, adding Sapota, banana, strawberry: 4:1:2 ratio along with frosted flakes..and it tasted amazing too..Used to give fruit puree along with baby cereal when they were toddlesrs..the taste and nutrition is wholesome.
