Watermelon Peach & Plum Trio

Know what you eat: Its getting colder, but a glass of fresh juice is always welcome.

Watermelons:  are in nature an excellent source of vitamins A, C, and B6. They are also a great source of potassium, and extremely low in sodium. Watermelons are a great snack for both children and adults, for the reason that they contain practically no fat. Its not only a thirst quencher, but may also help quench the inflammation that contributes to condition like asthma, diabetes, colon cancer, arthritis, etc.

Peach: Peaches help make the skin healthy and also add color to the complexion.
It has been seen that consumption of peaches helps in the removal of worms from the intestinal tract. Being rich in Vitamin A, peaches might help prevent cancer in organs and glands with epithelial tissue, they  comprise of more than 80 percent water and are a good source of dietary fiber, making them good for those trying to lose weight.Consumption of peaches, on a regular basis, can keep your bowel movements regular and even prevent straining.

Plum:  Plums are high in carbohydrates, low in fat and low in calories, they are an excellent source of vitamin A, calcium, magnesium, iron, potassium and fiber. Plums are free of sodium and cholesterol. A prune is a dried plum; very good for anemics, it also helps cleans the system.
